She explored every potential scenario, bent over backwards making our situation work, and SUCCEEDED. The lender we were originally going to use had sort of walked us into a dead end and I'm so glad we pivoted! They talk about "bedside manner" in healthcare; well, if the equivalent exists in lending, AnnMarie holds your hand the whole way through even after her job is technically done. Next level!
